Anamika Mukherjee as Specialist, Technology Development, manages Cenovus’s GHG innovation strategy. Prior to this, Anamika led the air, climate and energy efficiency in the Environment team, where she provided guidance to leadership regarding air pollutants regulations, climate policy and life cycle analysis. In 2015, she was recognized by the industry through the Young Women in Energy Award for her commitment and expertise on climate change issues. In 2016, she was recognized by the Alberta Oil Magazine for her efforts to make oil a part of a clean energy future. In 2017, she was featured by Natural Resources Canada’s Generation Energy for forging the path to clean energy. Anamika has a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration in Strategy, is a Professional Engineer with APEGA and a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. She’s also an occasional Project Management instructor at the University of Calgary.
