How do I get to the show?
We encourage you to use Calgary Transit to visit the show and during show days (June 7-9), your badge allows you to ride the CTrain free. Other transportation options include Taxi services and Car2Go.
There are no shuttle buses available from the hotels or airport. However we are pleased to offer registered visitors and exhibitors the opportunity to ride the CTrain free of charge during exhibition days (June 13 – 15, 2016). Visit calgarytransit.com for details on routes to the Victoria Park/Stampede LRT (Light Rail Transit) station, which is located directly in the GPS venue.

Where can I park?

Limited paid parking is available around Stampede Park, Cowboys Casino and Hyatt Regency Calgary.

How do I register to attend as a Visitor to GPS?
Registration for Global Petroleum Show 2017 will be open soon. You can register for notifications here.

Is there a dress code?

We recommend business or business casual attire and comfortable shoes.

How do I make travel arrangements?
Hotel & transportation assistance is offered through our preferred partners. Details on these will be available soon.

Can children attend the show?
We’re sorry – no children are permitted to attend Global Petroleum Show under the age of 16. This is a business to business event.

What show policies should I be aware of?
dmg :: events reserves the right to change the content, timing, and venue. If for any reason outside the control of dmg :: events, the venue changes, or the exhibition is cancelled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, dmg :: events shall endeavor to reschedule but the applicant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the applicant. Additionally, dmg :: events reserves the right to decline registration of any applicant.

Exhibitor FAQ

Where can I get a parking pass?

Parking Passes can be purchased through the Calgary Stampede, Limited paid parking is available around Stampede Park, Cowboys Casino and Hyatt Regency Calgary.

What time is move-in?

Please refer to your booth location on the Move In page to find out your Move In time.

Where do I pick up my badge?

Exhibitor badges can be picked up at registration point and give them the point pick locations.

How do I register booth staff?

Click on “Register Booth Staff” then click on “Add booth staff” then add contact information and save.

Where can I order a table and chairs?

Please visit the Booth Decoration page to place your order.

What comes with my booth?

Indoor Booth Space Includes: Floor space, standard booth carpet, hardwall shell scheme, counter, two (2) chairs, name board, daily janitorial, one (1) 1500-watt electrical outlet, basic onsite materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty work), crate storage during the show, 24-hour roaming security, basic company listing on Official Event Website, printed Event Guide, Mobile app and onsite Digital Wayfinders and unlimited client invitations to attend the exhibition.

Where do I park to unload my car?

We have different locking docks depending on hall location, then can drive up to the dock unload and remove vehicle ASAP or it will get towed away by Stampede. Please refer to Move In schedule.

When Can I Move-Out?

The Show officially closes at 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 15, 2017. Move-out begins at 5:30pm. No dismantling, removal or packing of exhibits is permitted before this time. For more information on empty crate return, see Targeted Empty Return Schedule.
