Notification of Acceptance – February 1, 2019
All speakers will receive notification by email on whether their submission was accepted, placed on the alternate list or declined, no later than February 1, 2019.
Confirmation of Participation – February 14, 2019
Speakers and alternate speakers are required to confirm their continued interest in this event by sending an email to Dusan Krnjaja Failure to confirm your continued interest in participating in this event by this date may result in your opportunity being offered to an alternate speaker in your category.
Registration Confirmation – February 28, 2019
The conference organizers does not pay per diem, honoraria, or expenses for any technical conference speaker.
Technical and alternate speakers will receive a reference code via email prior to the conference which will enable them to take advantage of the speaker’s discount rate. All alternate and declined speakers will receive a separate reference code for their own discounted rate when registering.
All speakers are required to register as a speaker no later than February 28, 2019. If payment is not received, you will be replaced by the next alternate speaker in your category.

Final PowerPoint Presentation (Required) – May 31, 2019
Speakers are required to use the [email protected] no later than May 31, 2019. A final or close to final version of your presentation will need to be submitted aby the May 31st deadline to ensure that the template was used and that the presentation reflects the original abstract submitted. If you make any changes to your PowerPoint after May 31st, you can bring in an updated version with you on a USB stick and you can update the original file onsite at the conference before you present. and submit to Dusan Krnjaja at
Speakers will be assigned one 30 minute speaking spot on one of the three days of the conference. Within the 30 minutes we suggest the speaker set his presentation speaking time to 20 minutes leaving up to 10 minutes for Q&A at the very end. Speakers will be prompted by a Session Chair when there is 5 minutes remaining in their session. The rooms will be set up in a classroom format with room for up to 40 people.
Full Technical Paper (Optional) – June 7, 2019
For presenters who choose to submit a full technical paper they will be required to submit their paper no later than June 7, 2018. Please submit your full technical paper by email to Dusan Krnjaja at [email protected]. Speakers must follow the GPS Conference Full Paper Guidelines which can be found in or formats.
Full technical papers along with approved PowerPoint presentations and posters will be made available to conference delegates online after the conference has concluded. A separate email after the conference will be sent out providing instructions on where and how to download the materials.
Final Poster – May 17, 2018
